I met two single moms in Ecuador who make just under $100 combined. I wanted to make a little documentary about these single moms. These single mothers are taking care of 7 people. The two daughters, ages 7 and 11 from Quito Ecuador, both work in the streets selling clothing to help pay for food and diapers for their grandmother. As I spent 24 hours living with them, I could see a strong bond between the family. With the donations from friends and family, I was able to purchase them a small food stand where they were able to make more money today than the single mothers have made all week combined.
